Hop Cuvee Session IPA

Our West Coast Ale is brewed with a blend of the season’s best organic hops. Like California sunshine in a bottle, Hop Cuvée radiates a golden hue with brilliant clarity and bright effervescence. It is a crisp, citrusy and tropical ale with a touch of pine-like bitterness and a clean, dry finish. Refreshing and sessionable, Hop Cuvée satisfies both hop lovers and craft beer newbies.
Food Pairings
Shellfish, sushi, cured meats, curries, Vietnamese pho, Thai curry, American BBQ, jambalaya, fried and spicy foods, carrot cake, aged Gouda, or cave-aged cheddar.

Honey Basil

Mediaeval Europeans commonly brewed with honey and gathered herbs, roots, and flowers. Bison’s Honey Basil Ale carefully infuses caramel malts with fresh whole leaf basil and clover honey, creating an herbaceous, floral and virtually hop-less beer with a soft wisp of honey and just a hint of basil aftertaste.

Chocolate Stout

Brewed continuously since 1989, Bison’s Chocolate Stout is The Original Chocolate Stout. Our Chocolate Stout is characterized by a boost of Peruvian cocoa added in the mash.

Like Barry White’s voice in a bottle, Bison’s Chocolate Stout is a dark, slow-pouring aphrodisiac of the smoothest proportions. Rich and roasty with charismatic flavors of dark chocolate and espresso, and creamy, dry finish.

Kermit the Hop

It isn’t always easy being green. Sexy organic hops are hard to come by. With over 3 lbs of hops per barrel, Kermit The Hop is bright, citrusy and tongue–tingling bitter, but not too over the top.  Crisp pine notes reluctantly give way to grapefruit and a grassy bitterness.  Drinking green never tasted this good.

Gingerbread Ale

Just like biting the head off of a little drunken gingerbread man, Bison’s ever-popular Gingerbread Ale is a delicately spiced holiday porter brewed with ginger, nutmeg and a touch of cinnamon.

This medium-bodied ale boasts an intoxicating aroma of fresh baked gingerbread cookies straight from the oven. Well-balanced flavors of molasses, chewy dark malts and holiday spice dominate the palate, leaving behind a smooth, dry spicy finish.

Belgian Marmalade Ale

Frog Hollow Farms organic marmalade grace this balanced Belgian Golden ale, complementing the Amarillo hops with bright citrus notes.  Marmalade isn’t just for breakfast anymore.

Just Cup Coffee Stout

This is an export stout crafted with lightly roasted coffee by fellow B Corp sustainability champ Thanksgiving Coffee.  “Not just a cup, but a just cup.”
